Limited Artycapucines - 'Sweet Tooth' by Ziping Wang x Louis Vuitton
We are thrilled to announce a brand new collaboration between artist Ziping Wang and Louis Vuitton on Sweet Tooth, an Artycapucines design debuting at Paris+ par Art Basel, that playfully reimagines the Maison’s codes through a kaleidoscopic lens.
Wang says she wishes to evoke “the pure celebratory happiness of when one received a sweet treat as a kid.” Wang’s mini-Capucines, the smallest Artycapucines created yet, combines a graphic motif reminiscent of the iconic Damier with chromatic adornments. Imbued with whimsy, the creation is evocative of candy wrappers and sweets.

Ziping Wang was born in 1995 in Shenyang, China. She looks to uncover the inevitable links that lie between memory and present notions of identity through her distinctly fragmented and colour-saturated artworks.
