Dimensional Dreamscapes is a contemplation of the forces that give rise to complex structures and systems. Turning scattered elements into organised cosmos, they oppose destruction and bring the matter to a new level of existence.
Inspired by cave art, Dimensional Dreamscapes is an interpretative act that mirrors our own species’ journey, from being products of the universe’s creation to becoming creators in our own right. Considering the creative process as a perpetual dance with the elements born from the universe’s genesis, it is a declaration of reflection on human’s desire to make and change.
Created for the solo show Simulation Hypothesis at Unit London in 2023.
